Rick Crew
Operations
As co-founder Rick Crew leads operations with a strong background in ground-up multifamily construction and on-site field leadership. His experience includes serving as a superintendent on GC-led projects, where he was responsible for daily field operations, trade coordination, inspections, quality control, and close-out.
